about the image: After having a conversation with a girlfriend about our childless and aged state, I attempted to put a visual to what we/I felt about it. At 37, we've been told the end of the world is "40" when it comes to having children [though not so much these days] as women when you enter the 35-40 bracket, if you want a family, it sometimes creates an environment of panic and despiration.

Inside it sometimes feels as if I'm in a plexi box with the water rising...and I'm clinging to the "glass ceiling" trying to stay alive. I hope that she and I can look back at this and wonder why we stressed so much about something so out of our control.
